Terms & Policy

• Please inspect your flooring prior to installation. Once material is installed it will be deemed acceptable.
• All purchases and special orders are final sale.
• All hardwood and laminate must be acclimatized in the room 48 hours prior to installation. Humidity levels of 40 %-55% are required to prevent shrinkage and expansions.
• Merchandise must be paid in full before pickup.
• Customers are responsible for their own measurements.
